The folks over at Pitchfork posted today a 10.0/9.0 for Talk Talk’s Laughing Stock/Mark Hollis’ Self Titled reissues, bestowing them their Best New Reissue honors. Sad to see not a single comment on such an incredible record. Anyway the reissue sounds exactly like the original so if you are interested in possible sound quality changes no need to go further.
Be sure to check out “Spirit Of Eden” as well- it is the companion album to this one IMO.
